Privacy for The Yacht Matrix.

The Yacht Matrix collects the name, email, note, and route details you choose to submit. Seller packets may also include vessel facts and photo files you explicitly attach. Required consent is linked to this notice.

Seller submissions

Seller submissions are saved privately for later review and CRM import. Photos are transmitted only when you select Send seller packet. Seller submissions do not trigger automated email.

Buyer inquiries

Buyer inquiries are emailed only when the configured delivery connection is available. Otherwise the submission is saved for later review; the site never claims that an email was sent.

Direct email

Branded email links open your email app. Sending from that app transmits your address, message, and attachments through Cloudflare forwarding and email providers to our inbox. This is separate from web-form delivery.

Storage and retention

Submitted details are stored on the operator's computer, separate from any CRM, with an encrypted secondary backup. They are retained until reviewed or until a deletion request is received. Hosting and Cloudflare security services may create ordinary technical logs.

Deletion and security

Request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the submission, but do not send sensitive documents. Cloudflare Turnstile helps reduce spam and may process technical information under its own terms.
